Impact

Change that can be seen, measured and carried forward.

Impact is not a workshop count. It is the distance between what a person could do before a programme and what they can do afterwards — and what that capability continues to enable in the years that follow.

01 — Our approach to impact

Measure what actually changes.

Every programme is designed with its measures in place from the outset: a defined beneficiary group, defined capability outcomes, and an agreed method for evidencing learning and change. We report what we can verify, and we say plainly what we are still learning.

02 — Impact framework

01

Access

Reaching people and communities who may otherwise not encounter this learning.

02

Learning

Structured, evidence-informed programmes delivered in real settings.

03

Capability

Skills participants can name, practise and apply.

04

Behavioural change

How people communicate, relate, regulate and decide.

05

Human flourishing

Capability carried forward into families, classrooms and workplaces.

03 — How we measure

Reach

Who did we reach — participants, schools, communities and geographies.

Engagement

What intervention took place, and at what depth and duration.

Capability

What participants learned or strengthened, measured before and after.

Change

What was observably different afterwards.

Longer-term impact

What we are learning over time, and what we adjust as a result.

04 — Current verified metrics

The Foundation publishes only verified, approved figures.

Our measurement framework is in place and reporting will be published here as programmes complete their first evaluation cycles. We would rather show nothing than show something unverified.

05 — Transformation stories

Context. Need. Intervention. Change.

Each case study we publish will follow the same discipline: what was happening, what capability gap existed, what the Foundation delivered, who participated, what changed, what evidence supports it, and what comes next. Stories are published only with the consent of the people in them.
